This is a theme for Cairo Dock which mimes docky/plank default theme. Icons and launchers are the one i'm using at the moment. The first from left should be a custom one for restart kde plasma (to me it's very useful) and the second should be a dolphin with qt stylesheet (so all u have to do it's remove the url after the dolphin command in launcher editor).
I strongly recommend to use Caledonia icon set if you're on kde or the Elementary pack if you're on gnome.

I'm on Cairo 2.4 by the way.

Hmm, it's been a while since i've made this.
Currently i'm not using cairo-dock anymore.
Perhaps i might give it a quick check to see what's wrong...

There should be a plugin for cairo for the menu ( just like the one in the old gnome 2) if i remember correctly. I never use it by the way. The plank icon in my theme may generate confusion, i edited it for a customize launcher(a command for restart plasma).
I use the takeoff plasmoid with a cumstom keyboard shortcut for the menu, for other things i use krunner! I found this combination far more efficent and time saving: just type ctrl+space and enter the first letters of what i'm searching.

Aah that's cool :) How could I forget I can rather use custom launcher cairo dock is awesome but however I like contemporary task switching better .
